Hamid Mohammad-Zadeh, MD, FACS, FACCS

Dr. Mohammad-Zadeh has been a partner at Lexington Vein and Aesthetics Center since its inception. He is an established cardiothoracic, vascular and lung surgeon in Lexington, Kentucky where he has practiced for more than 15 years. He obtained his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia in 1991, and completed an internship and residency at the University of Kentucky Medical Center for general surgery. Thereafter, he obtained his cardiothoracic and thoracic fellowship at the University of Arizona Medical Center.

 

Board certified in general, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, Dr. Mohammad-Zadeh also obtained his certification with the American Board of Phlebology in 2010, in the third class of delegates for the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He performs procedures using the latest advancements in medical technology, including minimally invasive surgeries.

 

Here at Lexington Vein and Aesthetics Center, Dr. Mohammad-Zadeh treats all kinds of venous and lymphatic disorders of the lower extremities. He manages his patients for these disorders medically, with minimally invasive laser procedures, and cosmetically. Utilizing laser and injections (in appropriate cases) for the treatment of venous insufficiency, he has performed over 1,000 endovenous laser procedures.

 

A dedicated husband and father, Dr. Mohammad-Zadeh enjoys running, skiing, tennis and spending time with his family.

Fadi Bacha MD

Fadi Bacha, M.D.

Dr. Bacha has been a partner at Lexington Vein and Aesthetics Center since its inception in 2007. Having completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, Dr. Bacha earned certification from the American College of Phlebology to become one of 412 diplomats nationwide of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine (formerly known as the American College of Phlebology). He also earned his ARDMS registry for the reading of vascular ultrasounds and is a member of the Society of Vascular Ultrasound. From 2002 to 2013, Dr. Bacha served as medical director for seven (7) Urgent Treatment Centers in Central Kentucky.

 

At Lexington Vein and Aesthetics Center, Dr. Bacha treats all forms of venous and lymphatic disorders. He manages his patients for these disorders medically, with a noninvasive laser procedure, and cosmetically. Utilizing laser and injections for the medical treatment of venous insufficiency, Dr. Bacha has performed over 1,000 endovenous procedures.

 

Dr. Bacha is also our cosmetic injector. With over 12 years of experience in cosmetic procedures and certification in light-based cosmetic procedures, Dr. Bacha offers many aesthetic treatments along with injections for spider veins, Botox and fillers, and he continues to add new products and treatments.

 

Dr. Bacha is a dedicated husband and father. His hobbies are soccer, snow skiing and many other forms of physical exercise.
